WEDDING Boho
Boho wedding at Kleeburg Castle near Euskirchen - I accompanied Jaqueline and Phillip to their vintage wedding with an atmospheric wedding celebration.
I was allowed to attend a dream wedding in mid-August. Jaqueline and Phillip told me full of anticipation how they had planned their best day. It should take place in the Boho style - with lots of dried flowers and a lovingly designed grape arch. It sounded like a dream. When I arrived at the location on the Kleeburg near Euskirchen on the day of the wedding, I was warmly welcomed. I was there early to take a relaxed picture of the Getting Ready. I like to put all the accessories together beforehand and also put the dress in the limelight. The Kleeburg was perfect for this.
When the bride got ready, I was able to capture many emotional moments. The excitement was in the air. It's finally here - the day! She was made up and styled. Her friend helped get dressed. The maid of honor had to hide a tear when Jaqueline put the bracelet on her. I love these moments!
Even with groom Phillip, it was emotional. The two wrote a letter to each other. He closed the letter and I saw his feelings in his eyes and in the whole expression. Just WOW how much love was in the air. I also had to take a quick breath.
His best man and best friend helped him put on the engraved cufflinks, adjusted the vest and held the jacket while putting it on.
Free wedding
Then it was time. The free wedding took place in the garden of the Kleeburg. White chairs with small dried flower decorations were set up. The grape arch was decorated with balloons and other details. The guests took their seats and Phillip waited impatiently for his Jaqueline. Her father accompanied her and she went downhill with a few short words.
The wedding speaker gave a very personal speech with many small details from the bride and groom. The guests blessed the rings and the ring exchange followed by a kiss sealed the yes-word nudged the couple.
A cartoonist showed the guests in a fascinating artistic way. I was amazed how the guests could be recognized. A small candy bar with sweets also added to the amusement of the guests. There were small areas to hang out. The ambience around the barn was unique.
Unfortunately, a thunderstorm surprised us and we had to move inside. But here, too, the decoration was planned down to the smallest detail. The room of the half-timbered house exuded warmth and cosiness. After the meal, there was a party on the dance floor. The first dance was reserved for the bride and groom. The family and friends cheered at this dance. After that everyone else stepped on the gas to the music. The DJ played the music that Jaqueline and Phillip had chosen. The dance floor was never empty! The party continued until well after midnight.
It was a wonderful wedding! All the best to you.
