WEDDING Jenny & Frank
Wedding at Nideggen Castle in the Eifel - As a local photographer I took photos of Jenny's & Frank's special engagement shooting, getting ready, wedding and after-wedding moments.
Lost place engagement shooting
Jenny and Frank wanted something special for their introductory shoot. We decided to go to a greenhouse in Düren together. It was an exciting day. I had already met them during the preliminary interview, but neither of them had ever been in front of the camera. I want to show the couples how I take photos and after a short time Jenny and Frank were more relaxed and we laughed a lot. On this cloudy day it was still bright and friendly in the greenhouse. The old framework with matt panes looked rustic and was very exciting.
I love unconventional locations.
When I showed them the first photos on the camera, they were astonished. "That looks so nice! I would never have thought that!"
Getting Ready
And then he was there ... . The first excitement could be felt in-house with Getting Ready. The make-up artist conjured up a fantastic makeup and a curly light hairstyle with delicate jewelry, which went perfectly with Jenny. There was a lot of laughter over coffee and the mood became more relaxed. The groom slowly got ready too. He was relaxed... still – because I'm already betraying – this changed. We sent him out of the house. He shouldn't see his bride again until the castle.
Jenny slipped into her wedding dress full of anticipation. Mama helped her to close the numerous buttons. One last look in the mirror and off we went to the wedding at Nideggen Castle.
Frank was already waiting with the first guests in the inner courtyard of the castle. But the moment to see his Jenny as a bride was reserved for him. The registrar went to the castle's wedding room with the guests.
First Look
And now Frank was excited too. I was allowed to take photographs of the first encounter. Those are the emotional moments!
The wedding ceremony was very personal and the guests also had to shed a tear. The newly married couple were toasted and celebrated with champagne and orange juice in the courtyard of the castle. In the evening light & ndash; the so-called magic light, we were able to capture the romantic mood and let the perfect day end.
